Tomoya Fujii is a Japanese photographer that explores the relationship between mystery and reality through his camera. Within his photography Fujii gives himself completely to his intuition to explore the gap between his own perception and the reality that the camera is exposing. It is a premonition, he says, that becomes the major force behind his work and the moment in which triggers the shutter. To follow the traces of his hunch Fujii took his images in the nature: "At first I believed that the camera makes images that reflect reality; the same reality like mine. But the camera projected images that were a non-realistic version of reality. I realized that there is no reality in images," says Fujii.
