Levi van Veluw (1985, Hoevelaken) literally has a lot on his mind these days. He graduated last year from the Artez School of Arts in Arnhem, where he studied Autonomous Art during which he had an internship with Erwin Olaf. Some years ago now, he started pasting stones, carpet and wood to his head. In his more recent work he makes more use of landscapes and, every now and then, puts down his photo camera and picks up a film one instead. As well as self-portraits he makes other charming works.
