Event details

Berlin’s Kominek Gallery will present the work of Zoé Beausire, in what will be the photographer’s first solo exhibition. Her work, centred around old age and the physical, emotional and social effects of ageing, poses questions about life and death, cast under a passionate and empathetic light, in the series entitled Rosette, Mauricette et Roby. A photo book of the same title will also be published to accompany the exhibition, wherein the artist has the opportunity to showcase her work within a greater, unifying context. 

The exhibition will also feature her work from the two series A travers champs and Tremblement, which confjure up ideas of desire and melancholy, in what may be percieved as a tragicomical, existentialist manner.
