During his six years in Russia, Rafal Milach documented the lives of 7 young people living in 3 different cities: Moscow, Yekaterinburg and Krasnoyarski. All in their 30s, they are intermediates between the ineradicable Soviet mentality and the increasingly anxious Russian mind of today. 7 Rooms visualizes their personal stories, portraying their sad and yet beautiful connection with their country as well as their fascinating journey into a loss of direction.
