TERRYWOOD, Terry Richardson’s first solo exhibition in Los Angeles, includes over 25 of his latest photographs inspired by the multiple facets of Hollywood life. Richardson captures life in the famous city using his well-known handwriting, giving the familiar imagery of local characters, familiar landscapes and architectural sites a new “Terry” identity.
TERRYWOOD takes all the sterotypes that Hollywood represents, but re-contextualizes and re-identifies them using characteristics reflective of Richardson’s own persona.
